Introduction

The ZW type self-priming non-clogging sewage pump is designed based on the structure and performance of the ZX type self-priming pump and WQ type sewage pump, combining self-priming and sewage discharge functions. It can operate like a general clean water self-priming pump without the need for a bottom valve, and can also pump sewage containing large solid particles, long fibers, sediment, fecal matter, and colloidal liquids from engineering wastewater and other sources.

The main features of the ZW type self-priming non-clogging sewage pump include strong self-priming capability, non-clogging operation, and no need for a bottom valve.

Application

The ZW type self-priming non-clogging sewage pump can pump liquids containing large solid particles with a diameter up to 60% of the outlet diameter and fibers with a length up to 1.5 times the impeller diameter. It can be used as an impurity pump in municipal sewage projects, river and pond aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical, power, and fiber industries.
